48hr NAT needed for these travelers to Xi'an

For those who are traveling to Xi'an and are under the below situations, you shall report your travel history.

Please pay close attention to the case trajectory released by the cities with confirmed cases, as well as the changes of designation of medium and high-risk areas.

* For travelers under the below situations, with good personal protection, they shall report to the community, their working places or the hotels they are staying, and cooperate with the corresponding epidemic screening, nucleic acid testing, and medical observation.

Please report

  • Those who have visited medium and high-risk areas and the prefecture cities with epidemic-related areas in the nearest 14 days, or those who had close contacts or whose activities intersected with the confirmed cases;

  • Since February 11 (included), those who have traveled from Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and are planning to visit Xi'an;

  • Since February 17 (included), those who have traveled from Wuhan, Hubei Province, and are planning to visit Xi'an;

  • Since February 6 (included), those who have traveled from Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and are planning to visit Xi'an;

  • Since February 1 (included), those who have traveled from Hulunbuir City and Hohhot City of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and are planning to visit Xi'an;

  • Since January 18 (included), those who have traveled from Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, and are planning to visit Xi'an;

For travelers who are from other areas of Jiangsu Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Guangdong Province and Sichuan Province, they shall cooperate with checking the digital travel records, health code, and negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours, led by the airport, railway station and bus station.

A review of the current policy on returning and leaving Shaanxi

1、For those who are from medium and high-risk areas and are planning to visit or return to Shaanxi, they shall follow the centralized isolation and observation measures for 14 days (calculation of isolation period is based upon the time of leaving the above areas), during which four nucleic acid tests will be carried out (the first, third, seventh and thirteenth days respectively).

2、For visitors from other counties (cities, districts, banners, townships or streets of municipalities and sub-provincial cities) of the prefectures involving medium and high-risk areas (also include areas where outbreaks have occurred but not designated as risk areas), they shall follow the stay-in-home isolation and observation measures for 14 days (calculation of isolation period is based upon the time of leaving the above areas), during which three nucleic acid tests will be carried out (the first, seventh and thirteenth days respectively).

3、For visitors to Shaanxi who have visited other counties (cities, districts, banners) of the prefectures involving medium and high-risk areas, passing-through will be approved upon checking the health code and the negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours.

For visitors from low-risk areas other than the above-mentioned areas, visitors shall not be restricted from visiting Shaanxi or required to present the nucleic acid test results.
