Xi'an-Hong Kong: High-speed train to open 2025

Starting from 0:00 on January 5, 2025, the G828/G825 high-speed rail train from Xi'an North Station to Shenzhen North Station will be extended to reach the West Kowloon Station in Hong Kong.

This train departs from Xi'an North Station at 11:05 AM and arrives at the Hong Kong West Kowloon Station at 9:09 PM on the same day, with a total journey time of approximately 10 hours.

Residents of Xi'an can now travel directly to Hong Kong via high-speed rail, eliminating the need for transfers. This means they can enjoy Roujiamo in the morning and savor pineapple buns in Hong Kong by evening, all in a single day.
