Recently, the Xi'an Xianyang International Airport T5 branch of Shaanxi Provincial Library officially opened to the public.This is the second airport branch of the library after T3, expanding public cultural services into the transport hub. By integrating culture with transportation, it brings quality resources to travelers while offering a convenient space for reading and relaxation.The T5 branch covers a total area of 110 square meters, with a collection of 1,500 selected books covering history, culture, tourism, literature and other categories, catering to the reading preferences of passengers of different ages and needs.

Beyond basic reading services, the library offers digital terminals—including capsule booths, waterfall screens, and audiobook players—alongside a cultural and creative display area. Passengers can freely choose between paper and digital formats for a convenient, diverse waiting experience.(Basic selections are currently not available for borrowing)

Bridging culture and travel, this library brings quality public resources to a busy transport hub. It will regularly host special events—like handicraft sessions, recitations, and cultural salons—to enrich the waiting experience and add cultural charm to the journey.

Leveraging Xi'an Xianyang International Airport's global hub status, the branch will harness Shaanxi's cultural and tourism assets to drive high-quality integrated development.
