The 3rd Low-Altitude Economy Development Conference & Industry Chain Expo will run September 22–24, 2026, at Xi'an International Convention & Exhibition Center. Capitalizing on Xi'an's position as a core Belt and Road hub, the event will host high-end forums, exhibitions, seminars and international matchmaking to build a premier, global platform for the full low-altitude industrial chain.
Spanning core low-altitude economy sectors, the expo features eVTOLs, manned craft, industrial drones and related low-altitude tech and solutions. It showcases China's indigenous innovations and facilitates brand promotion, technical exchange, supply-demand alignment and research commercialization.
The conference features high-level exchanges, with state officials, academics and industry leaders analyzing policies, airspace reforms and standards. Concurrent sessions on low-altitude tech, infrastructure and regulations will explore urban air mobility, low-altitude logistics and smart governance to advance industry-academia-research integration and tech rollout.

Recap of past conference highlights
International cooperation tops the conference highlights. Delegations, industry bodies and overseas procurement teams from some 40 Belt and Road partner nations — including Russia, Belarus, Chile, Thailand, Italy, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Dubai, Qatar and the Republic of Korea — have received targeted invitations. International professional buyers make up one-third of attendees. A dedicated Silk Road Low-Altitude Industry Cooperation Zone and exclusive international matchmaking space will host one-on-one B2B talks to align cross-border supply and demand, helping Chinese firms expand globally and bring in premium overseas resources.
Prioritizing internationalization, marketization, professionalism and branding, the conference will seal key industrial agreements. It will cultivate low-altitude new-quality productive forces, develop Shaanxi and Xi'an into western China's low-altitude innovation hub, upgrade national industry performance and usher in the trillion-yuan sector's new era.
