After the Spring Festival in 2020, due to the effects of COVID-19, the company encountered a shortage of personnel needed to resume work. The park immediately organized a special service team to arrange nucleic acid tests for returning personnel and help the company implement various prevention measures, Fang said. "The service of the park is 'sending charcoal in the snow'," he added.

In Fang's view, the core competitiveness is to meet needs, create value for customers and cooperate efficiently.
