Featured "museums" at metro stations in Xi'an

Xi'an is the ancient capital of 13 Chinese dynasties and the starting point of the ancient silk road, abounding with profound history and cultural heritage. From May 22 to June 21, the featured exhibition "When the Metro Meets the Museums" will set foot in Xi'an metro stations with various relic replicas on display.

The exhibition has branches at Xingzhengzhongxin (Administrative Center) Station, Dayanta (Giant Wild Goose Pagoda) Station and Zhonglou (Bell Tower) Station. Treasured cultural relics of the four periods of the Zhou, Qin, Han and Tang dynasties are displayed in replicas, accompanied by corresponding cultural and creative products and graphic introductions.

A total of 11 museums participated in this exhibition, such as the Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum, Shaanxi History Museum, and Shaanxi Archaeology Museum, displaying more than 30 replicas of relics and cultural and creative products, reproducing the features of Zhou, Qin, Han and Tang Dynasties and vividly demonstrating the historical and cultural heritage of Xi'an.

As public welfare, this exhibition will also carry out the "Stamps Collection" activity from May 22 to 27, and a total of 2,000 cards will be distributed for free at these three metro stations, 10:00 to 17:00 every day. Feel free to check out and have your cards marked with featured stamps.
