Running route of 2024 Xi'an Marathon

01 Yongning Gate

This year's marathon will continue to start from the ancient Yongning Gate, and runners from all over the country will start from here and immerse in the "Tang" vibe of the city.

02 Bell Tower

Heading north along the path, you will encounter the iconic Bell Tower, a landmark in downtown Xi'an that represents the city's prosperity.

03 Xi'an City Wall

The Xi'an City Wall, spanning 13.74 kilometers, has witnessed the city's prosperity for thousands of years and will now witness the glorious achievements of runners.

04 Daming Palace National Heritage Park

The finish line of the 2024 Xi'an Marathon (Happy Run) is situated at Yudao Square in Daming Palace. Runners participating in the Happy Run program will experience the ancient charm of the palace as they approach the finish line.

05 No.2 Bridge of Ouya Avenue

In the second half of the marathon, you will first pass the beautiful No. 2 Bridge along Ouya Avenue. This bridge connects the east and west banks of the Bahe River. As you run across it, you'll be able to enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding scenery.

06 Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center

The Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center serves as the finishing point for the 2024 Xi'an Marathon (Half Marathon). This center is a landmark project of the Belt and Road Initiative, hosting numerous international conferences and exhibitions. Here, you will encounter the vibrant and modern Xi'an.

07 Banks of Bahe River

In the second half of the course, participants will run along the Bahe River. This area features fresh air and beautiful scenery, which effectively highlights the ecological development changes in Xi'an.

08 Xi'an Olympic Sports Center Stadium

On the banks of the Bahe River, the pomegranate-flower-shaped Xi'an Olympic Sports Center Stadium "blooms" here. It serves as the endpoint of the 2024 Xi'an Marathon, where runners will complete their journey on the professional track.
