This center is Shaanxi Province's first 5A-level key scenic area payment service demonstration project, created using a dual-center model that combines a service center with a consultation center. The services offered include currency exchange and cash withdrawal with foreign cards.
The center employs staff who are proficient in English and Russian, enabling them to offer various payment service consultations to both foreign visitors coming to China and domestic tourists, and help download and activate mobile payment applications. The "Guide to Payment Services for Daily Consumption Scenarios in Shaanxi" offered here is available in Chinese, English, and Russian, along with other promotional materials.
