In Xi'an's innovative environment, new technologies, achievements, and products are flourishing in areas such as intelligent manufacturing, smart cities, and green energy, significantly transforming people's lifestyles and production methods.
Today, let's go visit the Xi'an tech company AVlC Creative Robotics Co., Ltd. and explore the health and wellness robots around us.Using a voice command or joystick control, the "nursing bed" activates and begins to automatically raise and rotate. Shortly thereafter, the bed transforms into a wheelchair that can automatically move forward and backward, guided by two infrared beams.
This may look like an ordinary nursing bed, but it's actually the world's first intelligent, unattended self-care robot. It combines four-stage turning and bed-chair functions, making it ideal for use in nursing homes and home settings. This innovative design meets the independent living and short-distance mobility needs of elderly individuals and rehabilitation patients.

AVlC Creative Robotics Co., Ltd. has independently developed more than 50 models across 13 different products, focusing on medical rehabilitation, elderly care, and employee wellness. They are leading the way in a new model that combines robotics technology with smart health and wellness. The company's research and development team makes up over half of its total workforce and actively utilizes the scientific and educational resources available in Xi'an, collaborating with Xi'an Jiaotong University and other educational institutions. Additionally, they have secured over 100 patents in 13 fields, including human factors engineering, bioelectronics, and robot control.
These health and wellness robots have been deployed in over 1,000 medical and elderly care institutions across more than 30 provinces and municipalities in China. They have collectively served over 1 million patients and assisted in completing more than 120 million rehabilitation exercises. Additionally, these robots are gradually expanding into international markets.
With technological innovation and development, future robotic products will have broader applications in daily life. A group of intelligent elderly care robots from Xi'an is already benefiting specific populations and bringing greater hope and expectations to people.
