Recently, Xi'an Zhongda International Shopping Mall announced that the downtown duty-free store in Xi'an will officially open on November 26.

The CDF Group's downtown duty-free store in Xi'an is located at Zhongda International Shopping Mall, 30 South Street, Beilin District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, spanning levels L1 to L3.

The Xi'an downtown duty-free store covers an operating area of 2,050 square meters and is divided into duty-free and duty-paid product sections. The duty-free products include core categories such as international luxury cosmetics, watches and jewelry, imported wines and spirits, fashion bags, and electronic products.
The Xi'an downtown duty-free store transcends traditional airport and port limitations by offering "immersive scenarios + one-stop service." It includes brand-exclusive zones, a whiskey bar, and a VIP service center, catering to diverse consumer needs.

A joint policy issued in August 2024 by several ministries of China, including Finance and Commerce, introduced significant refinements to downtown duty-free store regulations. The notice adjusts policies governing customer eligibility, product categories, pick-up methods, and store setup procedures.

Shopping Quota
There is no spending limit for purchasing duty-free goods, but purchases must comply with customs regulations.

Hold valid exit-entry documents, such as a passport or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau
Have purchased an outbound flight ticket or international cruise ticket within 60 days (inclusive)
Shop at the downtown duty-free store in the city of the departure port

Product Shipping: The duty-free store ships goods to the port pickup point
Port Pick-up: On the day of departure, pick up goods at the airport/cruise terminal restricted area with documents and pickup slip
