With the launch of the Xi'an Chanba International Port center by the end of 2025, there are currently four comprehensive immigration service centers operating in Shaanxi Province. The center integrates five functional zones—consultation and guidance, service processing, foreign-related affairs, investment and trade, and self-service—as well as seven specialized windows. It consolidates departments including public security, human resources, science and technology, education, commerce, and finance to deliver "one-stop" services for foreign nationals visiting or living in Shaanxi.

Gaoxin Immigration Service Center is strategically located within a major hub of foreign-invested enterprises. Established in November 2025 upon the foundation of the "Comprehensive Window for Foreign Nationals Working in China," the center integrates multi-departmental resources to expand its functions and elevate service standards. This upgrade delivers a more comprehensive, convenient, and efficient experience for both regional foreign businesses and international professionals.

The upgraded Immigration Service Center consolidates nearly 100 services from key departments—including public security, science and technology, human resources, education, and market supervision. It now offers a comprehensive suite of services, including social security and enterprise registration, driver's license applications, and policy consultations, all under one roof.

Adjacent to several universities, Qujiang Immigration Service Center has become a familiar life service station for international students.

The newly inaugurated Chanba International Port Immigration Service Center targets foreign merchants, business partners and technicians in the "China-Europe Railway Express" industrial chain, providing end-to-end support from customs clearance to residency.

With the coordinated operation of these four service centers, Shaanxi is sending a clear signal of openness and inclusiveness to the world through more meticulous and professional foreign-related services, injecting new international vitality into high-quality development.
