Recently, the Huangzipo Station on Xi'an Metro Line 15 has become a popular destination for both locals and tourists, drawing visitors who make special trips to capture photos of its distinctive and striking architectural design.

The interior of Huangzipo Station brings its theme, "Chasing Dreams in the Cosmos, Empowered by Cutting-Edge Technology," vividly to life. Above the concourse, a bright white ceiling is animated by clean, sweeping curves and polished metal art, producing a dynamic and immersive sense of futuristic style.

The walkway from concourse to platform blends architecture with sound, light, and digital effects. Wrapped in blue-gray enameled aluminum panels, the platform features atmospheric lighting and wall-integrated artistic seating, crafting a deep, mysterious ambiance with a distinctly futuristic feel.

Huangzipo Station employed "separation of concourse and platform" and a hybrid "cut-and-cover and mined tunnel" construction method to solve complex challenges, including large-diameter and ultra-deep shafts in the soft loess stratum. This work created China's deepest metro station in such soil, with its rail level 47.5 meters underground. To manage this extreme depth, the station is equipped with nine heavy-duty escalators, each spanning 69.1 meters—the greatest vertical rise of any in China—ensuring efficient evacuation of large passenger flows.
