Routes Asia 2026 to be held in Xi'an on April 14

Routes Asia 2026 will be held in Xi'an from April 14 to 16. Hosted by the City of Xi'an, organized by Informa PLC, and operated by Western Airport Group, this conference will gather global leaders in aviation and tourism. It aims to enhance Xi'an's international influence and its integration into the Belt and Road Initiative.

Informa PLC is a British publishing, business intelligence, and exhibitions group with headquarters in London, England.

Established by Informa PLC in 2003, Routes Asia is the most prestigious route development conference for the Asia-Pacific region, often likened to the "Olympics" of the civil aviation industry. For over two decades, it has been hosted in major global cities like Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Seoul, Chengdu, Kunming and Perth. The event serves as a critical platform for advancing air route networks, integrating aviation and tourism, and stimulating economic growth across the globe.

The conference will hold a series of thematic forums, as well as exhibitions, route development meetings, city tours and other events. It will fully showcase Xi'an's strengths and achievements in aviation hub development, airport economy and cultural-tourism resources, providing a key platform for global aviation partners to explore opportunities and expand cooperation in Xi'an.

The conference has attracted 92 airlines, 128 airport management entities and 32 government and enterprise entities as well as tourism organizations from 52 countries worldwide.
