Drawing on his personal and professional journey, he illustrated why higher education is vital for growth, while emphasizing that true success requires knowledge paired with discipline and grit. He encouraged the students to maximize their time on campus, refine their expertise, and pursue their goals with conviction.

Dedicated to China-Africa Chinese language education and cultural exchange, Lindagato Philemon earned both his Master's and PhD from Chang'an University.
