Xingfu Green Corridor stands as a core area for Xi'an's urban renewal, advancing organic regeneration and old town functional improvement.

In recent years, Xi'an has comprehensively revamped the Xingfu Green Corridor area. Ecological restoration, infrastructure upgrades and functional reconfiguration have turned this former old industrial district into a vast green corridor. The 17.63-square-kilometer zone continues to unleash its development potential.

Amid local development, this outlet will combine the green corridor's ecological strengths with a creative "park + commerce" model. It will bring in premium brands and flagship stores, featuring high-end retail and amenities to deliver immersive lifestyle experiences. This will be Shanghai Bailian Co., Ltd.'s 10th outlet nationwide upon launch.

A popular commercial format in China, outlets are premium brand discount and one-stop leisure hubs. Home to renowned domestic and international brands, they attract visitors and businesses, fuel brick-and-mortar consumption and optimize urban commercial networks.

Xi'an's outlet sector has thrived in recent years. Some local outlet projects lead Northwest China in sales and footfall. New openings have enriched consumption options, optimized commercial distribution and unlocked consumption potential, strongly bolstering domestic demand.
