Xi'an-Yan'an High-speed Railway
The Xi'an-Yan'an high-speed rail has a total length of 291.7 kilometers and a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. It passes through Gaoling District and Yanliang District of Xi'an City, Fuping County of Weinan City, Tongchuan City (Yaozhou District, Wangyi District, Yintai District and Yijun County), Huangling County, Luochuan County, Fu County, Ganquan County and Baota District of Yan'an City. It is expected to be completed and open to traffic in 2024. At that time, it only takes 1 hour to Yan'an and 15 minutes to Tongchuan from Xi'an.
Xi'an-Shiyan High-speed Railway
The new Xi'an-Shiyan railway is located in the southeast of Shaanxi Province and the northwest of Hubei Province. This railway line starts from Xi'an, Shaanxi Province in the west and runs southeast through the Qinling Mountains to Shangluo City and Shiyan City. It connects with the Shiyan-Wuhan railway that has been opened to traffic, forming another express railway passenger route from Xi'an to Wuhan. After completion, it will only take about 2 hours from Xi'an to Wuhan.
Xi'an-Ankang High-speed Railway
With a total length of 170.4 kilometers and a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour, it will travel through the Qinling Mountains and connect Guanzhong and Southern Shaanxi.
Yanliang-Airport Intercity Railway
The Yanliang-Airport Intercity Railway is mainly designed for the intercity passenger flow, airport passenger flow, and mid-to-long-distance cross-line passenger flow among various cities in the Guanzhong area.
Xi'an-Famen Temple Intercity Railway
The first 60 kilometers is a section of Yinchuan-Xi'an High-speed Railway that starts from West Xianyang Airport to Qianxian County. On this basis, another 30 kilometers is built to Famen Temple. Five designed stations include Fufeng County, Famen Temple, Zhaogong Town, Linping Town and Qianxian County.
Xi'an-Hancheng Intercity Railway
The Xi'an-Hancheng Intercity Railway line passes through cities and counties along the way such as Gaoling, Yanliang, Fuping, Pucheng, Chengcheng, Heyang and Hancheng. Along the line is a densely populated city belt in the east of the Guantian Economic Zone. With the railway line, the distance between cities along the route and Xi'an and other Guanzhong cities will be greatly shortened.
